New Version 8800GT Is Based On G92

　　根据可靠消息来源，我们对于NVIDIA新一代8800GT显卡有了更多了解，我们坚信表中的数据将会和实际产品情况相符。

1、8800GT确定有96SP和112SP两种版本，NVIDIA将会分别销售这两种版本的G92芯片

update: 8800GT修正为112SP的版本，另外有96SP的版本命名应为8800GS(详情见：G92 Update)

2、8800GT的显存容量取决于厂商本身
3、8800GTS新版并不是原来8800GTS的更多流处理器版本，而是基于G92核心的新品
4、8800GTS新版将拥有128SP，而不是之前新闻所称的112SP，这个数量和8800GTX相同
5、8800GTS新版的显存情况是512MB 256bit

　　换而言之，你再也看不到新版8800GTS显卡上面的NVIO芯片了。现在还需要确认的除了8800GTS新版本的频率之外，还有8800系列是否能够支持DX10.1，在我们之前的新闻，已经知道AMD RV670/R680都以这个作为卖点了。

　　月底之后，我们可以看到256bit显存位宽的显卡将全面占据中高端市场了，你准备好没有？

According to the sources,we knew more things of the new 8800GTS, so we compiled this chart:

Here is the things that we sure:

1. 8800GT will have two versions. One is 96SP,the other is 112SP. Nvidia will sell two version separately.

2. The memory size is decided by the downsteam producers.

3. The new version 8800GTS we are talking about isn't the more SP version 8800GTS, it is a new version based on G92

4. 8800GTS will have 128SP, not the 112SP we are talking earlier. The number of SP are the same of 8800GTX.

5. 8800GTS will have 512MB 256bit.

So, we won't have NVIO chip on the new version of 8800GTS. But now we still don't know about 8800 can support DX10.1 or not.
